Okay, if Gina can blog about Justin, I guess I can come clean about one of my guilty pleasures: daytime talk shows. Without TiVo, I’m sure I wouldn’t have this little pastime, but I do have a DVR, so I abuse it :).

So, I must admit to being bummed about Rosie’s debut on The View.

Why? Because I loved Rosie’s talk show. I tuned into it late (missed the first couple of seasons), but I think I got turned on to it during either some sick time or other time at home (holiday maybe). She made me laugh. And so, I would love to follow her now on The View. There’s just one problem.

The View competes with Ellen.

Like with Rosie’s show, I started watching Ellen a season or two into it, probably when I was home sick or on vacation. All I can say is, Ellen rocks…especially on TiVo :). I tend to fast forward past the monologue and the dancing, but I tend to screen the rest. If it’s not a funny bit, it’s a touching bit. It’s just fab.

I wish I didn’t have to choose. Maybe it’s time for a dual tuner Tivo?
